Once In Awhile in downtown Covington, La

If you visit Covington, you MUST shop at this store… it literally is the most beautiful shop with amazing quality items! They have everything from seasonal displays and handmade jewelry to fairy gardens and clothing items…. There is a cute coffee shop in one area as well. The best part was the customer service! The two lovely ladies who were working the store were as good/helpful as you could hope to find! They went above and beyond to make sure we found everything we needed/ wanted and seriously listened to our comments to help guide us and show us items based on our interests…. The owner of this shop should start an employee training program because these ladies could teach the sales world quite a few things about how to treat customers…

Excellent gift and coffee shop! The jewelry is one of a kind. I love the variety of religious statues they offer. Each week there is a new coffee flavor that I am dying to try. The prices of the items are accommodating for any price range. This is my new favorite store to shop at for myself and gifts for others!
